Can my company use the free version?

Yes, on as many servers as you like. Using Noust internally asks nothing of you. If you change Noust and let other people use your changed version over a network, you must offer them its source; if you distribute copies, the usual AGPL terms apply.

Is any feature held back from the free version?

No. The fleet, single sign-on, SCIM, roles, approvals, the audit log and the ENS profile are all in it.
