Upgrading from 2.x
From 2.x, upgrade to 3.3.x first.
A server on the 2.x line, which carried the product's previous name, upgrades to 3.3.x first: it moves the server onto Noust's names, and Noust 4.0 refuses to start on a server that has not been moved.
